Registration form

The Registration form needs Acrobat Reader version 8 or 9 in order to be filled in electronically. Acrobat Reader can be installed or upgraded for free. Fill in the Form, save in your computer and mail it to: registration@swesiaq.se. Or, if you prefer, print the form in the usual way, fill it in manually and send it as telefax to +46(0)17618697 (Please observe: The fax number in registration form is a wrong one).

If you are an ISIAQ-member the conference fee is reduced by 800 SEK. In that case you need to know and fill in your ISIAQ membership number. It is written on the envelope to the Indoor Air Journal. Or you can contact ISIAQ by visiting www.isiaq.org , "Contact Us" and ask for your ISIAQ membership number.
